You have to remember that who you are right now is not permanent. You are change in human form. You aren’t grounded in your past. That may be where you started but you aren’t there anymore. You are not an immovable being. Pick up your roots and find a new place to grow. Somewhere with more space. Somewhere with more light.
Change can always happen. Seasons are proof of that. Permanent is a comforting lie, but there is so much beauty in the temporary.
You are not who you were a decade ago. A year ago. A month ago. A week ago. A day ago. An hour, minute, second, moment ago. You are new and different and revolutionary to yourself. Accept change. Let go of anyone who says it’s too late for you.
It’s never too late.
You are growing up. Not backwards, no. There is no such thing. Today is always different from yesterday, and tomorrow will always be different from today. You will get another chance. And another. And another.
You are human and you will make so many mistakes. Tomorrow will be better, even if you can’t feel it. It will always be better because you’re growing and you’re changing and you never know at what moment you’ll bloom. Love always, Josie
